The Story

Instructions:

  1. Unplug your unit from the power supplyĀ 
  2. Remove the service door under the hopperĀ 
  3. Disconnect the wires of the temperature probe, igniter, fan and motor respectivelyĀ 
  4. Remove the setting screw for the ground wire, and then unplug the power cord from the bracketĀ 
  5. Remove four screws in front and back of hopper, and then remove the hopper completely
  6. Remove the screws and auger motor, then replace with the new
  7. Reinstall and lock the hopperĀ 
  8. Pass the power cord through hole 1 and then lock the ground wireĀ 
  9. Connect the wires and secure themĀ 
  10. Reinstall the service door under the hopperĀ
