Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused product in its original heavy-duty packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
